[attr="class","temp-text"]Canon spots are important and essential to the main plot. Anyone who applies for a position must be active, meaning, logging in at least every other day. They must also post regularly, and in case of a perceived absence, immediately inform a staff member. If you are absent for two weeks, your position will be up for others to take.

Things work slightly different here on MS with canon spots. Different events call for different important positions so this list will shrink and expand depending on the event. This way, if you weren't able to have a main role during the event, there's always the next one. Below will be a brief explanation on the roles available.

Please post in the thread with the position you'd like. Your character needs to be accepted before you are able to claim the spot. You are however allowed to claim the spot for 1 week.

Council Members: Establish the society in Pavane to what it is now. They have absolute rule, and are subjected to hear out only the few others that join them on the council. They are THE most powerful out of the Angels, Demons, and Vampires. Their votes in the council count twice making them very oppressive when they work together on issues. Some people wonder how the other council members are okay with this clearly corrupt power structure.

Council Advisers:  Although not as powerful as the council members themselves, the advisers are in a position of power still because they can speak freely during council meetings. Their words and advice typically drive the bulk of meetings alongside the council members. Ultimately, their votes matter in deciding particularly dividing issues among the council, but their more important job is to try and sway the council members themselves.

Council Guest Representatives: In rare instances, council members may even invite in a representative from another race to get their opinions/views on an issue. The Grand & Great Witches, for instance, often serve as representatives for witches when applicable. (In terms of RP, many of your own characters may be asked to come and participate for various reasons!)

Grand Elf:  Serves as the representative of the elven race. Often engages in political affairs with the other races and the especially the Council. They oversee both the religious and technological branches of the elves in an administrative fashion and serves as the figure head leader to speak on the races’ behalf. Is close to The Vatican.

The Vatican:  The religious authority of the elves. They are an expert in the many rituals and the vast history of the elves and has even been said to be able to talk to Yggdrasil and the goddesses themselves. Many people will come to The Vatican seeking indulgences, giving money them in exchange for forgiveness. Works closely with the Grand Elf.

Council members serve as the main political body in Pavane, making executive decisions for the rest of the people of Pavane. The Angel council member in particular is the angel possessing the most markings and highest status within the angel community. Usually is the voice of morality within council meetings.

Council members serve as the main political body in Pavane, making executive decisions for the rest of the people of Pavane. The Vampire council member in particular usually has the longest term on the council because of their long lives and is chosen by the status of their family.

The Demon council member in particular is chosen by a corrupt democratic system among other demons. The strongest and most powerful demons end up on top.

She can speak to the goddesses through the tree, so many a Pavane resident seek her out for their religious needs.
