Witch's College

A place filled with a wealth of witchen knowledge. No one knows the extent to which this college rivals the CISD in scientific and magickal texts except for specifically chosen witches who have access to the entire wealth of information the college owns. Every other witch is given access to some, but not all, resources at the college. Outsiders are given none.
